Pros

Good super, nice neighbors, somewhat responsive management

Cons

Old building, pests can be problem

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

disruptive and concerning

Pros

Building clean and good heat.

Cons

experiencing for the past 2 years. The ongoing violent disputes on the 3rd floor are clearly disruptive and concerning. Despite the frequent police involvement, it's disappointing that the landlord has not yet addressed the issue.

Advice to the owners

I would like to suggest implementing stricter tenant screening procedures, including background checks and references from previous landlords, to prevent such issues in the future.
