Apt in gramercy

Pros

-Good amount of space, kitchen and living room are separate spaces -pest control comes once a month for free service -great location (quiet on street)

Cons

-open walls in the hallway (doesn’t look good) -sometimes has a bad odor in the hallway -lots of rats outside building, few roaches have been found in and as well

Management is quick to respond and neighbors are nice/not noisy

Cons

Building could be cleaner and there needs to be a better system for the trash, everyone ends up leaving it in the hallways
