Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews of buildings managed by Isaac Rosenfeld reveal significant management challenges. Renters consistently report unresponsiveness, poor communication, and slow or inadequate maintenance repairs. Common issues include persistent pest infestations, cleanliness problems in hallways and common areas, unreliable heat and water services, and frequent elevator breakdowns. Security concerns like package theft and loitering are also mentioned. While some tenants appreciate affordable rent and friendly neighbors, many advise improvements in pest control, building upkeep, and owner responsiveness. Overall, renters can expect management to be difficult to reach and slow to address critical housing needs.
