Great apartment for the price
Pros
Cheap, each room separate (living room, bedroom, kitchen). Good closet space despite the size. Exposed brick and great layout for its size. No pests except we got ants once and a rat tried to enter through the window during covid but that's about it. Landlord was responsive and transparent. Was helpful when there were problems.
Cons
Very small apartment but makes the best use of its size. Some of the neighbors were not good people. Two different occasions drunk neighbors tried to enter our apartment.

Greedy landlord, quiet place
Pros
Cheap, neighbors are friendly, neighborhood is quiet
Cons
The landlord acts as if he is buddy buddy with the tenants only to jack up the rent ridiculously, never turn on the heat or hot water and has several times tried to verbally intimidate tenants
