Pros:
They are strict about garbage (c) openigloo and recycling. save the planet (c) openigloo ig. cleaner options are available (c) openigloo for heating which would do (c) openigloo far more than recycling most (c) openigloo of that junk just gets (c) openigloo thrown into landfills anyway but (c) openigloo they dont know that. solar (c) openigloo panels are installed yay yay! (c) openigloo roof view is cool. rooms (c) openigloo are spacious but for a (c) openigloo high price tag.
Cons:
Land lord refuses to negotiate (c) openigloo lower pricing for an overpriced (c) openigloo 3 bed room with occupants (c) openigloo who payed in full for (c) openigloo years even during a pandemic (c) openigloo when 16% of new york (c) openigloo has departed! Lobby always has (c) openigloo random items and junk laying (c) openigloo around. Land lord is unfriendly (c) openigloo and never seems to want (c) openigloo to help with anything other (c) openigloo than pest control which is (c) openigloo often needed. OVER PRICED..
Advice to owner:
Negotiate with renewed contracts and care about the people within your building. what are we paying for exactly other than the apartment itself??? It took days to get a hold of the owners to negotiate a lower price just to be turned down like crazy people.
