Best apartment out of the 4 I've lived in
Pros
This building is so well maintained and so clean. I've lived here about 3 years, and we have seen a roach like once or twice, had a mouse like once or twice. When we put in a ticket for the landlord to send an exterminator or fix something it's like BAM done. The management is so responsive. They raise the rent every year, but it's only been raised max $30 per person over the past three leases I've signed here. I've been around the block with renting in NYC, and this is legit the best management I have ever had.
Cons
The heat gets really expensive in the winter. Like reallyyyyy expensive. There are a ton of windows in our unit, so it doesn't really help the heat stay in.

Honestly, you do a great job! Super happy here.

Lovely natural light, outdoor space, multiple bathrooms, responsive management
Cons
In the final 6 months of my nearly 4 years there, we started to notice small roaches at the entrance of the building, and then larger ones in the stairwells. Unclear whether it was coming from the restaurant tenant downstairs or what but I found it distressing. Eventually the problem lessened. Rents also went up from ~$5k for a 3BD/3BA when we moved in in 2020 to over $7k in 2024.
