Not well maintained and managed

Lobby is nice
Cons
Holes and cracks all over the building. Management doesn’t want to fix anything and charges tenants for repairs. Increases rent and maintenance every year for past 5 years

Stop being greedy and money hungry

Balcony Big rooms Not bad supervisor
Cons
Noisy neighbors from 4 J apartment they are running all night. Also, their kids like to play with water, so sometimes you have water fall in your apartment. Cockroaches everywhere You never find any parking after 5 pm

Care a little bit about tenants not only about money
