A good place to live
Pros
I’ve lived in NYC for nearly twelve years. I’ve lived in five buildings in that time, and this building is by far the best one I’ve lived in. I had to move because I wanted a dog and a dishwasher. Otherwise, I probably would still be in my apartment in this building.
Cons
No pets allowed No dishwasher No laundry facilities (laundromat across the street) Not near a park Close enough to the subway that I didn’t feel isolated but not close enough to wear cute shoes or get somewhere in a rush
Advice to the owners
Clean, well maintained building Spacious units Kitchen counter space! Water gets hot Responsive super Reasonable rent No mouse problem (rare for a walkup) Near a supermarket Near a CitiBike station
