Hell on earth

Pros

Near the ferry, bridge, and highways.

Cons

The tenants of the building treat the property like a dump. They throw their garbage everywhere and the stairwells are always filthy. The management could care less and it’s always a 50/50 chance the elevator won’t work or get stuck.

Advice to the owners

Really try to stay on top of the cleanliness of the building and hold tenants accountable.
