Pros
We love the location, and the neighbors. We have befriended the shop owners nearby and everyone is really kind and helpful. Our unit was recently remodeled, and every new unit has a combo W/D.
Cons
Aside from the unit being on the small side, we have had cockroaches, mice, and flies during our time here, and we have heard from other tenants they have similar experiences. We also experienced several leaks in our unit, different places, which were caused by window issues with heavy rain, or tenant upstairs leaving water on which leaked into our bathroom and kitchen on separate and multiple occasions. The building has switched management 3 times over the years, and each time, increasingly worse in terms of communication and willingness to fix things. We didn't have heat all winter, filed numerous 311 reports.
