Decent not great
Pros
The neighborhood and neighbors are very friendly. The apartment I was in was very large and spacious. The super is very responsive.
Cons
No elevator. The seem to have been rats in the walls. Package theft Intercom barely works Landlord claims to update heater but it is cold in the winter.
Advice to the owners
Turn on the heat in the winter Seal up the walls in garbage room to keep rats out

Not kept clean routinely, difficult to get response from super

Maintain the upkeep more regularly.
