Former tenant·5 minutes ago

This building is disgusting

Pros

My neighbors were really nice and that’s about it

Cons

I lived here pre Covid. I had a mouse infestation. I could hear them and see them at all times of day, at one point I saw five at one time. There were droppings everywhere, it felt very unsanitary and unsafe. The building was in horrible condition, my walls were soft, there was definitely mold present. Living there was a nightmare

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Relatively fine experience

Pros

There was a general maintenance line that you could call and they were pretty responsive, maintenance team was nice.

Cons

Not very clean lobby, apartment was pretty run down, and they were pretty dismissive when it came to larger problems.

Advice to the owners

Gut reno these apartments and they'll be worth a lot more
