BEWARE: they do not return security deposit

They do not return security deposit. 14 days passed and no response after move out, barely get responses after every couple of weeks but never received security deposit.

We liked our apt but the management was awful

Pros

We lived there for 3 years (moved out 2021). Beautiful block, nice apt.

Cons

The floor was slanted, the renovations were done very cheaply and most importantly we were never able to get in touch with mgt. Took us months to get our deposit back.
