Decent Building for Price
Pros
Pest problems have seemingly disappeared in recent years and owners are responsive. Garbage is taken out regularly
Cons
There have been several water pressure issues over the years though the building usually fixes within a couple days. Communication when this happens is often delayed. Serious rat problem in basement a few years ago but haven’t seen any in about 2 years. Entryway and basement always pretty dirty but improved from recent years.
Advice to the owners
More proactive communication to tenants when maintenance (planned or emergency ) occurs. More thorough cleaning of the lobby, basement, and roof common areas would go a long way
