Pros
Located in a great neighborhood. Maintence is pretty responsive. Pretty quiet surprisingly.
Cons
The insulation near the window isn’t great and there’s a pretty bad draft in the winter. The Con Ed bill for gas and hot water is pretty mind blowing, especially given how small the space is. Unfortunately, I don’t feel that the building has a ton of respect for their tenants with rent increases year over year after paying a large broker’s fee, with no updates or renovations.
Advice to the owners
Please take your loyal and respectful tenants into consideration with lease renewal offers. Overall, I would say the building needs more care.
