Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for buildings managed by David Ohebshalom reveal a mixed management performance. Positive remarks focus on the good location, friendly neighbors, and decent supers in some buildings. However, key issues include frequent unresponsiveness from management, slow or inadequate maintenance, pest infestations (rats, mice, roaches), mold problems, and poor cleanliness and garbage management in certain properties. Heating and water systems are often unreliable, and package theft and security concerns were also mentioned. While some tenants approve of the owner and recommend certain buildings, many express frustration with management’s neglect and urge for improved responsiveness, building upkeep, and safety measures.

Pros

Great community and renovated units

Cons

Management takes a while to get back to you unless you threaten 311 involvement

Great first apt

Pros

Good building, good super. Overall clean no rodent issues.

Cons

Need Bigger refrigerators. Rowdy neighbors partying led to them closing roof off to everyone!

Advice to the owners

Should put laundry in the building! Would be a huge plus! Also get Butterfly security system! Need cameras.
