Management ok, residents horrendous

Pros

Many of the units are completely renovated, rent-controlled, responsive management, maintenance does well to try to maintain cleanliness and order in the building

Cons

Residents are often very loud and generally disrespectful especially with regards to trash which is often left at the door to trash area or dropped from windows into trash area breaking bags, trash situation has created a serious pest issue, management does not have respect or control of the behavior in the building so nothing changes

Advice to the owners

Start fining the disrespectful behavior
