Decent Building but Old

Pros

Great location and unit layout. Clean. Bright and sunny.

Cons

Thin walls. Heat went out. Listing photos are not the actual unit.

Nice small building

Pros

The building is on a quiet street and the front apartments get great light.

Cons

The building manager is MIA and allows for unsafe conditions. Very hard to schedule any maintenance requests. There is laundry but the machines are not maintained well.
