Pros
Like how spacious the unit was and modern kitchen appliances.
Cons
Hallway isn’t cleaned enough. Lots of patches on the walls that are repaired but not painted. Hard to get consistent water temperature in shower. Lots of water pipe issues with leaks into units and not properly repaired

Always dirty Significant pest issues - for years Super is over extended has too many buildings to care for, things are done cheap and it is noticeable
