Nice building in nice area

Pros

Roof access. Garbage room is taken care of. Front door dials your phone so you can leave your keys at home.

Cons

The heat was really loud. I was in a the top floor apartment and I could hear the steam going off.

Cute Apartments but dont live here

Pros

The apartments are very cute, have exposed brick all along one side, new appliances and bathrooms, exposed ceiling beams, easy walk to the heart of LES, soho, etc. Despite it being a small 2 bed, there are 1.5 baths!

Cons

Garbage is very poorly maintained, there is an open shed with dumpsters where they expect tenants to place trash, however there are what seems like dozens of rats which results in everyone Just leaving trash inside building under stairwell. This causes lots of flies and pests. While exposed brick is beautiful, it comes with lots of holes to outside that allow mice to slip through. Despite MANY exterminator attempts, we cannot get rid of the mice and the management does not seem to care. My packages have been stolen very frequently.
