Decent place to live

Pros

Quiet building, conveninently located, responsive and friendly super

Cons

Terribly small laundry room. Not enough machines and one is almost always not working. Also have to deal with inconsiderate neighbors that leave their clothes in the machines for a while.

Advice to the owners

Expand laundry room to add more machines.

Many years living here, thoroughly enjoy it

Pros

Quiet building in really good neighborhood. Got new and more washers/dryers that make laundry day easier. Amazing super who is very responsive.
