Not bad not great
Pros
The building works, the hallways are relatively clean, the laundry always works and is pay by phone, the water is always good (and gets super hot), the block is quiet, and the rent has increased $100 for a 2 bed unit the last 2 years I have lived here. The management isnt that responsive, but they are when they need to be. We had a radiator go out and the hot water heater go out and they had somewhere here immediately. They do yearly pest checks in the spring with an exterminator.
Cons
There is no live in super and the management is just one lady you can't really get ahold of on weekends. There was rumors of bedbugs (unconfirmed) that apparently were not handled the best, but I cannot speak to that firsthand. The garbage is always an issue and is frequently overflowing but has been better the last couple months. The door buzzer has been broken for months. If you need smaller maintenance work, do it yourself management will not help.
