Solid no frills building

Lots of space
Cons:
Lower floors were very loud, kitchen had no window. Required us to use a Guarantor due to 1 roommate being in school despite other roommates more than covering his share.

Cons:
Absolutely no heat in the winter and no contact with landlord. I was freezing the entire winter.

Excellent no amenity building in FiDi

Pros:
Spacious layouts, super clean, well insulated. Great water pressure, instant hot water. Plus, one of the elevators is always at ground floor, open and waiting.
Cons:
Dryers are non-vented Bosch units, so they take 3h to dry clothes. Additionally, street noise-levels are high, even at upper floors.

High ceilings, 2 units per floor. Nice lobby and elevators. Unbelievably convenient access to subways.
Cons:
Our neighbor was stuffy and rude. Noise from Fulton street is loud and constant. "Property manager does not respond to emails in a timely fashion at all.
