Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Reviews for buildings managed by 103 AVENUE A CONDOMINIUM reflect a mixed tenant experience. The location is consistently praised for its convenience and vibrant surroundings. Apartments tend to offer spacious layouts and good natural light. However, noise from nearby bars and the street is a frequent issue, alongside concerns about cleanliness, pest control, and aging infrastructure such as hallways and keys. Management is often described as unresponsive and outdated, relying on manual rent payments and slow to address maintenance problems like heating and hot water. Tenants recommend improvements in communication, modernizing systems, and enhancing building upkeep for a better living experience.

Cheap but loud and dirty

Pros

Great location, cheap rent

Cons

Bugs, mice, and Ave A noise

Get a great deal otherwise look somewhere else

Pros

Good light throughout the apt though it can vary based on floor. Building has an elevator. You can definitely get a no fee apt here by working directly with the owner. Nice rooftop access.

Cons

It’s above many bars in EV so it’s incredibly loud every night until 4 AM. Owner isn’t responsive and very old school with manual checks.
