Fantastic location, older building

Pros

* Shami (the landlord) is very sweet, hasn't raised our rent in 3 years * Convenience of the location can't be beat, so many subways & buses * Little to no bugs/pests

Cons

* Management can sometimes be slow to respond * If you are in a room facing the street, it can be very noisy * There is one tenant that frequently fights, yells, screams in the night (I can only hear this from my room)
