Good building, good area

Pros

Only three units in the building, so it's a chill environment. Laundry in basement in a big plus. Super was very responsive. Nice location in Ridgewood.

Cons

Mail was not secure--mailboxes were not used (the whole building was treated as one unit, for whatever reason) so all of our mail got dumped in the front lobby. There were also issues with the door locking, so I had mail stolen several times.

Above average NYC apartment - free laundry

Pros

AMAZING LOCATION respectful neighbors(never had an issue with stealing packages or noise) responsive superintendent FREE in building laundry

Cons

Extremely poor ventilation there was mold due to lack of vents in bathroom.
