Great views and clean but gets hot and you will pay higher utilities
Pros
beautiful views, tall ceilings, laundry on each floor, renovated kitchens and baths, elevator, great location, no pests (NOTE: have seen roaches in trash room and hallways but didn't get any in unit for 2 years despite seeing them in 2 past apartments in different buildings so this is a win in NYC). Packages are stolen often but this building is connected to Otto (same manager) so you can send your packages to their doorman building and pick them up securely
Cons
you can hear neighbors through vents have ful l conversations, the circulation is awful with the two story apartments and the large glass windows operate like a glasshouse, you will need to close blinds during the day and run AC to offset this which will result in the highest utility bills you'll see during the summer. During the cold months, the heat will not circulate well so you may need extra heaters. there is no air circulation in the bathroom or fan so there will be smells/mold. the dryer app often disconnects and is unusable on your floor. packages are stolen frequently. Stellar management doesn't respond quickly (need many replies)
Advice to the owners
the developer messed up in a lot of ways with the glass/lack of vents. can improve responsiveness to tenants
