honestly pretty decent

Pros

- no pests - huge rooms - reliable heat, water, and AC - pretty good maintenance - never had any packages stolen

Cons

- stairwell is dated - can be loud in the hallways - street facing windows are tinted so not a lot of sunlight gets through

Kind of mediocre

Pros

Management would address things when pushed. Street noise not super loud (though cars sometimes can be quite loud) Can't hear neighbors within apartment at all Heat/Air conditioning works well

Cons

Have to work to get management's attention. I got the sense they didn't really want to help a lot of the time. They did not thoroughly clean apartment pre move-in though it wasn't terrible Can hear loud buzz when people buzz up into building Not good sound isolation at all within apartments
