Pros

Affordable rent stabilized apartment, with decent space and location

Cons

Building management is really slow to respond. Building doesn’t alert tenants when safety is compromises. Over the past 3 years of living here there has been multiple situations that were not communicated to residencies. There is a lack of transparency. The building management, also takes months to fix any broken equipment in the gym.

Decent no frill building - if cheap

Pros

Clean, decently managed and used to be non-expensive (no frill luxury building)

Cons

Starting to get old (&price goes up), no real vent in the kitchen, walls are thin so if you have loud neighbours it's over
