What to check before renting from officers with most units in Chinatown

  • Check the portfolios of individual officers to understand their management style.
  • Read tenant reviews to gauge the experiences of others in their buildings.
  • Look for patterns in how officers handle maintenance and communication with tenants.
  • Compare the number of units managed by each officer as a possible indicator of their capabilities.
  • Note that a larger portfolio doesn’t always equate to better management or tenant satisfaction.
