    Good amenities & cleanliness.
    Cons:
    Poor management. Bad attitudes.

    Apartment s are spacious and nice walk-in closets

    Doorman are very nice. Maintenance would get fixed in a timely manner.
    Cons:
    The walls are thin so if you have a loud neighbor, it could possible keep you up.
    Advice to owner:
    Rent increase is getting execessive but I assume that is everywhere
