Amazing Staff but Expensive (for a single person)
Pros
the entire building staff is amazing and so kind. the doormen are super friendly (kind of annoying to have to fob in when there is a doorman - but it's a huge building i get it). the maintenance workers will come fix anything in your apartment same day. the porters are always cleaning the common areas and elevators. and Carmelo in the package room is the best!!! the apartments all have washer/dryer in unit, and have updated appliances/good storage space. also, it's very quiet, i've never heard neighbors above or around me making noise. it's nice having the gym & grocery store downstairs.
Cons
overpriced for a studio and rent increases year over year make it unaffordable as a single person. it's annoying that the gym is $80/month. the entrances to the building are on kind of gross, narrow side streets, which can have lots of garbage piled up.
Advice to the owners
if you want to keep tenants for multiple years, offer reasonable rent increases for reliable tenants.

Our shower was clogged a lot, probably a minor issue with pipes. Also had issues with fridge breaking but they were always quick to come fix or replace it
