Loved it here

Pros

Staff is excellent. Maintenance arrives within minutes of request. Feels like a community. Amenities amazing

Cons

Our shower was clogged a lot, probably a minor issue with pipes. Also had issues with fridge breaking but they were always quick to come fix or replace it

Could be better for the cost

Pros

Building is beautiful and historic, plus close to all train lines. Somewhat more space in some units than you might get elsewhere downtown -- because, FiDi. Doormen / concierge are mostly great, with a few exceptions. Maintenance is terrific, except the guys who smoke outside so it all comes right in the windows -- in a nonsmoking bldg.

Cons

Management is terrible, and in constant flux. They drive rents up yearly, chasing all the people out every time instead of renewing. They're absurd to try and work with, and have evicted numerous people for bogus reasons. Overall not worth the headache.
