Cheap rent for the amenities

Pros

Washer / dryer and 2 full bathrooms for the rent was very nice. Neighbors were somewhat loud with the outdoor areas.

Cons

Management was always very difficult to get ahold of. They sent constant reminders for specific trash management (ie fines if you don’t break down boxes etc) which would be fine but they never addressed other issues in the building such as mold in the showers since there were no windows or fans in the bathrooms. Also it is located in a generally not great area so the homeless population would rummage through the trash and create huge messes.
