    Beautiful location but noisy
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - Great location
    - Nice unit space
    - So much natural light
    - Big bathroom
    - Super is amazing and quick
    Cons:
    - No vent in kitchen (whole apt smells when cooking)
    - Stairs… so many stairs
    - Narrow hallway: hard to move in furniture
    - Small-ish unit (standard for East Village unfortunately)
    Advice to owner:
    Vent needed in kitchen.
