- Great location - Nice unit space - So much natural light - Big bathroom - Super is amazing and quick
- No vent in kitchen (whole apt smells when cooking) - Stairs… so many stairs - Narrow hallway: hard to move in furniture - Small-ish unit (standard for East Village unfortunately)
