    Location, Dishwasher, location
    Cons:
    On a busy street if your room is in the front of the building, hot water is hit or miss

    Rat/cockroach problem 2 doors that open directly to the street BROKEN so anyone can enter Mail robbed consistently 100% rent increase 2 years after moving in
