Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight the building’s prime location near East Village attractions and subway lines. Residents appreciate the layout and renovated apartments. The neighbors are rated highly, but noise levels and water pressure could be improved. The building's cleanliness and garbage management receive mixed feedback. While some encounter pests, others face inconsistent hot water. The management's responsiveness varies, and maintenance of amenities like heating is noted. Despite flaws, many recommend staying due to the unbeatable location and good overall experience with a few suggested improvements to enhance living quality.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Fantastic location — distance to EV attractions, subway lines, etc
Cons:
No changes to building over living tenure. Kitchen and all appliances stayed the same. Constant problem with rodents in trash area but some of that is unavoidable.
