- cleaned very consistently - trash removal consistently - barely any bugs, occasional roaches but pretty normal

Cons

- super is kind of rude and unresponsive, same with management - can be very loud/feels dorm-like - busy street

Our walls leaked once, with water streaming down inside the living room. Management came and fixed it though
