great neighbors, spacious, true size rooms, two bathroom, close to subway

Noise is a lot, small kitchen

Clean and responsive management when anything occurs

Cons

We’ve had mice here, but extermination keeps it under control. The heat in the winter can be weak, it has broken several times mid-winter and had to go without heat overnight. Management was responsive about the problem though.
