    Pros:
    I got lucky, rent stabilized unit, good natural light and laundry in unit. Super is nice and responsive, always seeing him around!
    Cons:
    Mice and roach issues, poor water pressure, crazy neighbors and sandwiched between bars

    So many roaches. Not great trash management. High price for subpar conditions.
