Too pricey but fine starter

The landlord and the broker are basically the same person so don’t let them charge you a broker fee. They tried to take my full security deposit and I had to ask for an itemized receipt before they sent the whole thing back. Will try to get as much money out of you as they can

Good College Apartment

Pros

Great location, great pricing. If you go to NYU super close to campus. Close to all subways (R/W, L, 6, F/A/C). Cheap utilities.

Cons

Small units. Landlord not great, fight to get what you need/want. We had a little bit of a cockroach problem (but who doesn’t). They were good about having monthly pest control you could sign up for. Trash was horrendous. It was outside and rats everywhere

Better responsiveness. Units should be listed at a lower price with how small they are.
