perfectly fine apartment building

Pros:
wonderful location, great super, lower floors might get street noise but higher ones it’s nice and quiet hallways and first floor stays pretty clean, no huge rodent or bug issues, great lighting if you’re facing east / front of building, mobile buzzer system, some apt’s have good closet space
Cons:
no central AC, packages left in lobby often get stolen, some apt’s don’t have much closet space & some have funky layouts, buzzer system iffy sometimes, back units don’t have good light at all.
Advice to owner:
amazing location , but the amount that the increases in rent have been every single year just begs for more turnover
