    Building is really well kept, just very loud due to street noise

    Pros:
    Great view great location building is clean overall
    Cons:
    The noise from the street is pretty extreme, and the insulation from the windows isn’t great for keeping out temperature and noise

    There’s a construction project nearby that is pretty annoying during the business hours, Apollo bagels also has created a bit of noise and stir in the block
    Advice to owner:
    Consider offering noise canceling windows
