Building is really well kept, just very loud due to street noise

Great view great location building is clean overall
Cons
The noise from the street is pretty extreme, and the insulation from the windows isn’t great for keeping out temperature and noise There’s a construction project nearby that is pretty annoying during the business hours, Apollo bagels also has created a bit of noise and stir in the block
Advice to the owners
Consider offering noise canceling windows
