Rodents, roaches. Broken front door that does not lock and landlord/owner refuses to fix it. Garbage management is horrendous. Super is horrible and unresponsive. Horrible heat management. (Many freezing cold nights)
Advice to owner:
Step up your game up. It’s a shame for paying a premium price in rent and you have little care about your property. NYC tenants deserve better than a slum lord
