Not cute but not bad

Pros

Pretty quiet neighbors, absolutely amazing location. My unit is renovated and has a nice bathroom and kitchen and full sized appliances including dishwasher and deep sink.

Cons

Dusty, not that clean hallways and no lobby. Super doesn’t live in and isnt helpful at all and a bit rude. Management sucks tbh, not easy to get a hold of and never responds to maintenance inquiries. Have found a couple of cockroaches too.

Be more responsive, get a better super and maybe clean/maintain the hallways better
