Lovely little place - would reccomend

Pros:
Amazing neighbors, the super is so kind and helpful. He keeps the building going efficiently and safe. Laundry in basement is fine. Corner bodega is great. Never any issues with pest, electric, etc.
Cons:
Crazy guy on the first floor would scream in the night...
Advice to owner:
Ubaldo is amazing! Kick out the guy in 1B

Small older building but does the job

Pros:
You don’t have a lot of neighbors, the super is a nice guy, area is central but quiet, bedrooms are big, affordable
Cons:
Building is older and not renovated/updated, super is part time, no lobby, no amenities/perks
