    Small but clean

    Pros:
    Never had any bug or mice issues, they are good about taking trash out and clean building about once a week. They’re pretty good about coming to fix stuff. Washer dryer in unit.
    Cons:
    The water pressure is bad and drains clogged easily. The apartment is small. Packages do get stolen occasionally. Rent increased a lot. 1 room has no closet.

    Pros:
    High end finishes in the unit; most issues were resolved when we reached out to management.
    Cons:
    Heating is not evenly distributed in the building. My room often reached 85+ degrees in the winter, no exaggeration.
    Advice to owner:
    Upkeep on appliances in the units, several have broken while we’ve lived here.
