    Communicative and friendly Super, free pesticide spray monthly
    Cons:
    Faulty appliances such as radiator

    Building is not well kept. Management took a long time to respond (if at all) and there were roaches in the unit

    Exterminator comes once a month and you can pay rent through an app

    Uneven floors in the apartment and packages get stolen

    Nice location for a very cheap rent: 3K per month for a 2 bedrooms. Spacious living room. Flexibility to break the lease.
    Cons:
    There is no elevator. There common area are super old and not maintained at all. The super is not reactive at all neither helpful.

    Get a new super

    Quiet, responsive management
    Cons:
    The shower sucked and had no temp control. Could use some updated appliances and kitchen and bathroom. Heat was either full blast or completely off.
    Advice to owner:
    Update kitchen and bathroom. Fix plumbing
