    Great place to live!

    Pros:
    Staff was super friendly, it felt very safe, and management was super responsive. Small gym and rooftop access was a plus
    Cons:
    A bit old feeling, hallways are dingy, appliances need to be updated etc.

    Overpriced, Average Building

    Pros:
    24/7 doorman and elevator. They are always responsive when you need something.
    Cons:
    SO loud, no matter the floor or side of the building. Sirens 24/7. Also they say you’re allowed to flex the apartments but they don’t mean it. They always say no furniture in the flex room and that two people shouldn’t be living in a one bedroom.
