Okay first nyc apartment

Pros

Very clean building and building staff are awesome. No issues with laundry or any issues with appliances. Easy to get maintenance work done through their online portal.

Cons

Walls are thin and you can hear the bed of the upstairs neighbours throughout the night. Chose a different apartment if you mind your sleep. They will nickel and dime you for all the costs. Expensive rent for the area.
